烏多•雷莫斯30多年的攝影藝術經歷，提供給人們視覺感官的，是通常人們無法觀察到的戲劇舞臺的另一面：那是舞臺幕布背後的光影一瞬，是後臺化裝間裏的半個側影，是等候出場的演員出神凝思的刹那，是幽暗閃爍的幕後燈光裏的驚鴻一瞥……。他多年來保持著對於同一事物的執著和細心，始終關注著舞臺正面無法看到的地方，他捕捉的那部分光影中的事物，也許在更本質的層面上展示著戲劇——這門古老藝術的秘密。當攝影和戲劇相遇之時，我們看到了這兩門藝術撞擊時迸發出的火花。此展覽由德國杜塞爾多夫戲劇博物館與劉海粟美術館共同主辦，將展出烏多•雷莫斯的戲劇攝影作品七十餘幅。

Moments of Art - From Theatre Work to Theatre Art：Photos by KM Udo Remmes

During the past 30 years, KM Udo Remmes persisted in concentrating on one thing – the other side of the stage such as the moment of the shadow behind the stage curtain and a half silhouette at the backstage dressing room, which audience could not see from the front of the stage. He always seizes the right moment to get a good shot of the objects in such special space. When photograph and the theatre meet, we see the spark burst forth from the two art. Just like a discoverer, Udo’s photos lead us to find the moments of art. The exhibition is sponsored by the Theatre Museum of the City of Düsseldorf, Germany and the Liu Haisu Art Museum, will display more than 70 theatre works by Udo Remmes.
